His story

Chris started from nothing; he grew up on a council estate in Blacon on the outskirts of Chester, while his mum worked multiple jobs to look after him and his brothers.

He left school without any GCSEs and started selling double glazing door to door. He was the kid that would knock on the door and 45 minutes later he’d be sat having dinner with you, providing a quote for new windows that you probably didn’t need.

This likability factor and confidence landed him his first job with no proper work or interview experience. Chris was dropping a friend off at an interview at Toyota, when a conversation with staff led to him taking the place of an absent interview member for an assessment. This job opened Chris up to the world of engineering.

Throughout his engineering career, he developed his leadership skills and ended up managing thousands of people in companies such as Cummins and Jaguar Land Rover. Chris even supported a team to design a brand-new operating system for a £1billion manufacturing facility.

During his development, he decided he wanted to enrol on an MBA course to expand his knowledge in business. The course was due to start just one week later. As always, Chris being Chris, he managed to get through to the bursar, who told him he had 30 seconds to convince him to add Chris onto the course at such a late stage. Guess what?! After the 30 seconds were up, the Bursar said: “Right, I’ll see you next week!".

Three years later, and without one single note being written down on paper, Chris graduated as one of the top in the course.

Chris has a very rare skill of setting and achieving goals with certainty. If he sets his sights on a goal, or wants to do something, he will talk as though it’s already happened and makes sure it does. This trait creates a magnetism that draws people to him, making him a great example, coach and mentor. He makes it happen.

After advancing through many corporate roles, achieving wealth and success, he decided he wanted to create a next generation coaching company: people focussed, a place people want to work at, and an extraordinary experience.
